The following closures are currently planned as part of Harvest Water pipeline construction. Please drive safely through work zones and follow construction signs and posted speed limits.
Thank you for your ongoing patience with Harvest Water construction.
- The week of January 26, southbound Franklin Boulevard at Willard Parkway will be closed and drivers will be detoured to Bilby Road. This closure is anticipated to begin Monday, January 26 and be in place for three days.
- Final paving of the following roadways will be scheduled in the coming weeks when weather conditions allow. Paving operations will require a brief closure of the following:
- Bruceville Road from Eschinger Road to Twin Cities Road
- Lambert Road east of Bruceville to the eastern end of Lambert.
- Twin Cities Road east of Franklin Boulevard to just west of Cosumnes River.
Major pipeline construction is now complete. Construction of additional Harvest Water infrastructure will continue through 2026 but is not anticipated to require long-term road closures or result in significant traffic impacts.
Weather impacts and other factors continue to impact timing of closures. Local residents and emergency vehicles can access properties within work zones at all times throughout construction. Please visit our Harvest Water webpage for the latest construction updates.
