The following closures are currently in place or planned as part of Harvest Water pipeline construction. Please drive safely through work zones and follow construction signs and posted speed limits.
Thank you for your ongoing patience with Harvest Water construction.
NEW Road and Lane Closures:
- Kestrel Lake Road and Korn Road will be closed (local traffic only) starting this week until early October 2025.
- Twin Cities Road west of Bruceville Road is closed until mid-September 2025.
- NOTE: A small section of Twin Cities, just west of Bruceville, will be closed from September 2 to mid-September. A hard closure means no traffic at all may access that area – local residents of Twin Cities Road who live between Bruceville Road and Franklin Boulevard will need to access their properties from the west side of the closure (coming from I-5 or Franklin Boulevard).
Ongoing Road and Lane Closures:
- Point Pleasant Road between Ed Rau Road and Franklin Boulevard is closed until late September.
- Point Pleasant between Franklin Boulevard and Lambert Road is closed until late August. Local access only.
- Construction of the pipeline on Fogg Road is underway and will continue until late August. Local access only.
- Carroll Road between Eschinger Road and Lambert Road is closed until late September.
- Within the City of Elk Grove:
- Sims Road is closed until late October 2025.
- All lanes on the east side of Franklin Boulevard between Laguna Boulevard (south of the intersection) and Elk Grove Boulevard will remain closed through October 2025. Traffic is being diverted to the southbound lanes on the west side of Franklin Boulevard, maintaining two-way traffic.
- Work continues within the greenbelt areas, between Ehrhardt Channel and Whitelock Road.
Note: Some roadways are open to local traffic only and are not accessible by through traffic.
Weather impacts and other factors may impact timing of closures. Local residents and emergency vehicles can access properties within work zones at all times throughout construction. Please visit our Harvest Water webpage for the latest construction updates.
