Pre-Proposal Meeting: SacSewer will hold a hybrid, in person and virtual pre-proposal conference, allowing potential Request for Proposals (RFP) participants to meet with SacSewer staff, ask questions, and discuss the RFP content in further detail. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is strongly recommended, but it is not a requirement for submitting a proposal. Prospective RFP participants must contact SacSewer’s designated point of contact listed in Section 6 of the RFP to RSVP to virtually attend this pre-proposal conference.

SacSewer will address questions during the conference and will make a reasonable attempt to provide answers before the conference’s end. Answers provided at the conference shall not be binding on SacSewer. A document containing all the questions asked at the pre-proposal conference and SacSewer’s formal answers to them will be uploaded to this RFP’s posting on SacSewer Business Opportunities website no later than the date set in Section 4 of the RFP. Failure to attend the pre-proposal conference shall not be grounds for a later claim by any proposers of unfamiliarity with the amended RFP.

The pre-proposal conference meeting will commence precisely at the time indicated in Section 4 of this RFP. Should no prospective proposers attend within 15 minutes of the start time, the conference will be adjourned and concluded accordingly.
