Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: Attendance at the virtual pre-proposal conference is required. The purpose of the meeting is to review and clarify project requirements, respond to questions from the prospective proposers and present the security questions and architectural diagram to the RFP respondents. Prospective proposers must email SacSewer’s designated point of contact, denoted in Section 6 of the RFP, with the name and email addresses of attendees and a signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is attached to this RFP as Attachment A, by the deadline stated in Section 4 of the RFP. Prospective proposers who submit an email with all of the requested information and an NDA will be provided an email response back from SacSewer that will confirm that the NDA was properly completed, a link to join the virtual meeting for the pre-proposal conference, and a document packet with technical information about this project.
