Development of Control and Electricals Systems Operational Technology Master Plan

Optional Pre-proposal Conference: SacSewer will hold a pre-proposal conference and site visit to allow potential RFP participants the opportunity to meet with SacSewer staff, ask questions, and discuss the content of the RFP in further detail. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is strongly recommended but is not a prerequisite for submission of a proposal. RFP participants must e-mail William Buhler at buhlerw@sacsewer.com, with the names of their attending staff, and a signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is attached to this RFP as Attachment A, no later than April 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM PT. RFP participants’ attendance information is required to provide access at the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility’s (EchoWater Facility) security gate. Prospective proposers who submit an email with all of the requested information and NDA will be provided an email response back from SacSewer that will confirm that the NDA was properly completed.
