Attendees must e-mail Jorge Melendez (Melendezjo@sacsewer.com) with attendee names no later than one day prior to the pre-bid conference and walk-through. This information is required to provide access at the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility’s (EchoWater Facility) security gate.
