Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held to review and answer questions regarding this project. SacSewer will only accept submitted proposals from entities who attended this mandatory pre-proposal conference. Attendees must email SacSewer’s designated point of contact, denoted in Section 6 – Questions and Communication of this RFP, by 4 PM PT on September 6, 2024, with attendee names before the mandatory pre-proposal conference. This information is required to coordinate the mandatory pre-proposal conference. Representatives of SacSewer will be present for questions.
Date & Time: The pre-proposal conference will be scheduled on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 from 9:00 PT – 11:00 AM PT. The pre-proposal conference will be held at SacSewer’s Administration Building in the Tupelo Conference Room.
