Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Walk-Through: A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site walk-through will be held for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project. SacSewer will only accept submitted proposals from entities who attended this mandatory pre-proposal conference and site walk-through. Attendees must e-mail SacSewer’s designated point of contact, denoted in Section 6 – Questions and Communication of this RFP, with attendee names prior to the mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit. This information is required to provide coordinate access to the mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit. Representatives of the Sacramento Area Sewer District will be present for questions.
