MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 26, 2024, at 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), at the Goethe Facility, 10060 Goethe Rd., Sacramento CA 95827, Valley Oak conference room for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project. Contractors are strongly advised to conduct a self-guided site visit. There will be no site visit following the pre-bid conference. Visiting sites on private property is prohibited. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for contractors submitting a bid to be considered qualified. Engineering and Construction Management representatives will be present for questions.
